Andrews Decal Co. Installs the First & Only Gallus Heidelberg EM280 in Chicago!

We are proud and pleased to announce our latest technological acquisition. As of December 2006, we installed a new Gallus Heidelberg EM280. It is the first and only in all of Chicago. Gallus is considered in the industry as the most prestigious and high-end combination printing press built today.

The Gallus EM280 is the perfect Swiss built & engineered machine for cost-effectively producing high quality self-adhesive labels in short to long runs. It combines the flexibility of being able to print multiple print processes in a single, efficient production line: HD UV Flexographic, Rotary Screenprinting, Cold Foiling and Hot Stamping.
