The flexible dies are applied to a magnetic cylinder resulting in very rapid and efficient setup time. Less material is used, less material is wasted and shipping costs are greatly reduced. Less setup time for us means that we are able to pass that cost savings on to our clients.

- Lowest Cost: As opposed to typical steel cylinder dies, flexible dies weigh drastically less. Less material is used, less material is wasted and shipping costs are greatly reduced. Flexible dies are the most cost-effective way to die cut.
- Versatility: Flexible dies are more than capable of die cutting all types of pressure sensitive papers, films, foils, cardstocks, multi-layered materials and synthetics. It is even capable of cutting down to the anvil, also known as steel to steel.
- Intricate Shapes: In the past, the more intricate die cut shapes that were chosen for a steel cylinder die, the associated cost was higher. This was due to the shapes having to be sharpened by hand. Now with magnetic die cutting technology, the intricacy of the shape(s) has no effect on the cost. A laser is used to accurately engrave each flexible die. The cost is now reduced to a per square inch basis as opposed to how many skilled man-hours are needed.
